EV SERIES VISUAL INSPECTION SYSTEMS

Visual Measuring Machines (VMM) or 2D visual measuring machines; visual inspection systems in various versions for use in production processes.

ELBO visual inspection systems, with manual or motorised axis control, are available in two versions and can cover a broad spectrum of measuring ranges. They feature built-in vision systems, high resolution video cameras and cutting-edge software for accurate measurements.

These models are quality, highly reliable and precise instruments. The generously designed construction, the attention to detail, the high quality components, and complete and user-friendly software give them a particularly competitive Quality/Price ratio.
 

2D optical measuring systems

2D manual visual inspection system  in three versions, three different sizes and weights for three different areas of measurement - all with the same technical and precision features.

  • 2-coordinate optical visual inspection systems with image processing for high precision measurements; lighting system, contour and surface, divisible (4 sectors of 90");
  • high resolution and ultra-low distortion optical units;
  • magnifications (CCD 113" CCD; 17" monitor): Optical (0.7x - 4.5x); Final (20x - 125x);
  • software: ELBO as standard. We can also install versions by other manufacturers;
  • full and customisable SPC (Statistical Process Control) report processing;
  • metrology lab or workshop installation.
     
The “Telecentric” lenses reduce the image distortion when uneven or rough surfaces have to be inspected.

CNC visual inspection systems

CNC visual inspection system, the most advanced of our Visual Measuring Machines. They feature a built-in computerised numerical control (CNC) system for programming and automating movements, making measuring processes easier.

Despite sitting at the higher end of our optical measuring systems, they maintain a very attractive quality/price ratio.

  • NC mode both for acquiring the measurement path and for routine checks;
