LAB series projectors are high precision system constructed with high quality components for accurate linear and 2D angular measurements on the X and Y plane: arcs, circles, segments, chamfers, angles, distances between points intersections of lines, etc.
They can precisely measure moulds, dies, screws, gears, parts in rubber, synthetic or sintered materials, glass, circuit boards, components, etc.
Due to their stability and robust construction, they can also be installed near machine tools in a workshop.
The axial precision of LAB1 projectors is equal to (3+L1100) microns, where "L" is the measured distance (e.g. for a travel "L" of 200 mm, the total precision is 5 microns).
Total distortion of the profile is below 0.08%, far lower than the standards normally required for these applications.
The light sources and optical units provide sharp, bright and high quality images.
The precision rotary table and the Lab digital readout are included in the price.
